Very close to what they advertised. Modern renovations to a lakeside classic (?) resort. Food was good, staff were wonderful. I had to travel in from Portugal emergency basis for my brother. (He was critically ill completely unexpectedly to his family, intensive care & died 3 days after I got there. The staff were just so kind, thoughtful, good/very good English, friendly & professional. Nice lighting. Very good bed. Nice restaurant & didn’t use the spa. Just overwhelmed. But grateful to the hotel for letting indefinitely stay. Made a really rough time much more bearable.

Very clean room, great food in the restaurant, super pleasure staff. The hotel has a private parking. The cot for child is perfect: comfortable and clean.
The room has an incredible view to the river and full of sunlight in the morning.
Our family has loved this place.

This hotel & the pool are to different entities that U have to order separately.
Lots of smashed spiders & mosquitoes marks on the walls.

Breakfast was great. Pool was excellent. Restaurant - good food, but very pricey and not much to choose from
Strange experience.
First, the woman in the reception is lying to us, and tells us that SPA is not included in our stay, even though we are showing her the message from the hotel itself. After we checked in, we came back and showed her that everywhere on the webpage it says that SPA is included, and she apologized - and wanted to give us SPA “for free” as apologies. This is not how to treat your guest.
The room was dirty on the floor, lots of spiders around the window, and spiderweb in the lamps by the bed. Seemed like it had not be cleaned. After confronting them with this - they didn’t do anything about it. Just told us it has been cleaned

Poor
Have stayed at this hotel 3 times . The first two went well, cleaned rooms. The last time 20.01.2024 we were put in a room that had clearly seen better days, plus there was a party in the next room all night, the reception staff ignored calls. I really don’t recommend the hotel, all the impressions from the first trips were spoiled
