The room was fine. I chose an open window....it was a cool night...to using the air conditioning. My room was small, the bathroom was good. Just what I needed for a one night stay.) Breakfast was okay, a standard size portion of eggs, sausage, and bread...I didn't notice any butter or jam for the bread? The staff was friendly and more than helpful. Thank you!)
No coffee offering with breakfast, only tea.

I like that it’s hotel. Not apartments as a hotel. Had elevator, friendly staff.
Smell in room, water not going well in bathroom and in general that place needed renovation.

It was clean!
The old lady in the restaurant/café was so rude and racist towards us. She asked for our room number like always and we told her (202) and it was as if she didn’t understand something so she went on to ask too many unreasonable questions shouting across the whole cafeteria embarrassing us because we cannot speak Ukrainian so good. It wasn’t the first time she did that it was her second time and this is really frustrating. Please get professional staff to handle that cafeteria!!!

I’m really impressed with how clean it was and how great the service and staff were despite being so cheap and in a great location. It’s really pretty amazing! It wasn’t the perfect room but for that price I’ll take it any day.
The bathroom shower water is slow to heat up and the small shower “door” barely blocks water from leaking onto the floor. Our tub had a small leak and the water drained slowly which meant our feet were submerged at some point in every shower. The toilets also have a somewhat weak flush and it takes forever for the water to refill so that you can get a stronger flush again. If you gotta poop, bring a board game or something to pass the time I guess.

Cheap Easy to park the car
- Unfriedly receptionist instead of giving you missing soap and missing bed linnen (only 140 1 piece of cover is provided for 2 ppl by default apparently which is impossible for people who dont want to spoon) she suggested to move out next day. Luckily the security was very helpful at the end and provided extra linen - Dirty under bed still bottle and dirt from previous guests - no free toiletries or hand soap - standard small only 1 bed cover for 2 people - 140 wide max (size of the bed too)

The breakfast was normal, but the dishes are too small. The girls, working in the hotel are nice, though there is such feeling, that in the past the hotel was much better, looks like the owner of the Hotel Florida doesn't care about it right now.
The elevator doesn't work, the conditioning was really bad. Even in the restaurant there were some boals that collected water falling from the broken conditioners. There is no coffee in the restaurant.

Location is good, it is not too expensive.
The breakfast is really terrible, can't feed your guests like that. Then just don't offer a breakfast. The beds are terrible as well (kind of the most important in a hotel I would say, you come there to sleep). It is not very well maintained.
