not bad staff, the girls always cleaned the room. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and so are the restaurant workers, which cannot be said about the reception administrators.
The complete lack of soundproofing in the room, it happens that someone is having sex behind the wall... not the most interesting thing when you want to relax. the air conditioner is not working, which only makes noise but does not cool the air, its twenty-seven degrees outside, but in the room its thirty. Mold on the shower door. The hotel deserves less than three stars.

I liked the hotel, it is not far from the subway, very, very clean, room was not small, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Their restaurant is cozy, and the receptionist so warm and friendly! Great hotel for this price! Recommend

Location is good, right next to coffee shops and supermarket
No hot water at all in room 302, constant noise from building work or something upstairs? The TV isn't a smart TV so only terrestrial channels so bring a laptop if you want YouTube and such

At my room bed has problems and also reseptionist lady are not friendly and polite person . The rest its ok for hotel 3 stars . They charged me also 9 euro per day extra for my pet . I recommend people with pet find more pet friendly hotel . The breakfast its including of the price but receptionist informed tgat its present for guest

The room is small but not too small.
I had to leave two days early. Despite paying cash the hotel refused to refund part of the payment for unused days. I traveled a lot in Ukraine, and this is the first time in two years it happened.
