I really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very friendly, helpful. The room has everything you need, there is a table, quite big wardrobe, chair and a bed of course. Nice location, may be a bit difficult to get to by foot as it is located on a small hill, so you may go up for 10 minutes if going from the direction of the central station,

Room and bathroom were clean.
Location - it was kinda hard to find it. It's not visible for the first view. No signs like hotel, or name of the hotel. Also the doors and some of the equipment were like a plastic (it will be really easy to get through the door, because of the quality). Also there can be a problem with the second doors (there is your room, and little hall that you share with the second room) because you can lock it from the one side, but you don't have the key for this door. So if somebody lock the doors from inside you can't open them from the second side (because you don't have key). It can be a problem.

The place is perfect for traveling solo for a bit, there is a fridge and enough closet space for anything you have with you.
The hot water will run out really quickly, so prepare to have a speedy time in the shower.

Nice quiet area, dog friendly and doesn't charge extra, washing machine on each floor, easy to find a parking spot.

The location is away from loud traffic and pedestrian streets surrounded by residential buildings. Neighbor kiosks are only a minute walking distance. Public transit is very short walking distance on the main street. The setting is peaceful. The reception and staff are quite nice and attentive.
I didn't exactly like the air alert warning on Sunday night. Putin really needs to stop the aggression. It is nice to know as a traveller that everyone in the community and building knew what to do and where to shelter.

the location is good, 15 min to metro, 25 - to city attractions on foot.
in the room there is no toilet and shower, but there is a shared toilet-bathroom with another room. in the small corridor there is a fridge and a teapot (shared also).
a good option for not much money.

Location is near the city centre, not so far from the underground station, but in the calm and quiet place. Rooms are good and tidy. Staff is nice and helpful.
I think there were no any negative things I could comment on. I liked that place. Despite of the fact that it's a bit distinct from the old city centre, the transport is good.

The location wasn’t precisely described so We didn’t know how to get. It will be better to explain it minimum one day before arrived.
The place was clean. The cleaning stuff regularly supply paper and give a new towel. The room was big enough for 2 person. It was nice that there were kettle, glasses, dryer and fridge.
I can recommend this place.

I like the the behaviour of the guy in the front desk. He walked 15 minutes to take me to the hotel at 5:30 in the morning. He didn't even complaint. I want to thank you again for that ❤️
There was a smell in the room. I can't quite name it. It wasn't that intense but it was there.
