The location is away from loud traffic and pedestrian streets surrounded by residential buildings. Neighbor kiosks are only a minute walking distance. Public transit is very short walking distance on the main street. The setting is peaceful. The reception and staff are quite nice and attentive.
I didn't exactly like the air alert warning on Sunday night. Putin really needs to stop the aggression. It is nice to know as a traveller that everyone in the community and building knew what to do and where to shelter.

the location is good, 15 min to metro, 25 - to city attractions on foot. in the room there is no toilet and shower, but there is a shared toilet-bathroom with another room. in the small corridor there is a fridge and a teapot (shared also). a good option for not much money.

Location is near the city centre, not so far from the underground station, but in the calm and quiet place. Rooms are good and tidy. Staff is nice and helpful.
I think there were no any negative things I could comment on. I liked that place. Despite of the fact that it's a bit distinct from the old city centre, the transport is good.

The location wasnt precisely described so We didnt know how to get. It will be better to explain it minimum one day before arrived. The place was clean. The cleaning stuff regularly supply paper and give a new towel. The room was big enough for 2 person. It was nice that there were kettle, glasses, dryer and fridge. I can recommend this place. Thanks ! :)

I like the the behaviour of the guy in the front desk. He walked 15 minutes to take me to the hotel at 5:30 in the morning. He didn't even complaint. I want to thank you again for that
There was a smell in the room. I can't quite name it. It wasn't that intense but it was there.

Restroom is outside of the room. This wasn't clearly stated at Booking.com website. It was also very cold inside.

The price and location were good
Nobody informed me that they are locking the buildings door at 23:00 oclock and they are unlocking it at 06:00. And they do not give you key for this door. I came at the door at 04:00 and was not able to enter my room as the building was locked. Ive been to so many places but this is happening to me for a first time, unacceptable.

Location is good. Walking distance to most places although it depends where you need to be. It was fine for a few nights stay.
Getting to find the place was a bit difficult. Parking is available, but street parking is free as well and was easier to use as "someone" needs to open the gates each time.
