Location is great, it's easy to get around the Golden Gates area and to get to any part of the city. The Golden Gates metro station is available as an air raid shelter and is very close to the apartment. I enjoyed the terrace on the warm days, which is facing the neat, quiet and green inner block area. It was very warm and sunny in the apartment
The apartment was clean except the shower, but it can be fixed easily

Great location. Near to small grocery store. Near to Metro Station. Easy to work with the apartment owner.
The Water Heater was extremely small. Approximately five liters. There was only hot water for approximately one minute. Then the shower was ice water.

Excellent appartment in its category (which I classify as budget / mid-range). I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again. Great location (perhaps my favourite in Kyiv), plenty of space (would still be more than enough for a couple or even 3 people, I would say), good value for money (although I believe I got it cheaper than usual). Nice view over the St Sophia's Cathedral was a bonus.
There was a delay at check in, which was pretty much the only serious negative part. Bathroom is in need of some refurbishment, but not too bad. Wi Fi was intermittent, but again, not too bad overall.

The location is just perfect.
The mattress is horrible, squeaking so loudly that you wake up at night and has humps all over, very uncomfortable. The blanket is narrow, not enough for 2 ppl. The apartment is cold, there is heater but it takes time to warm the place up.

After locating the entrance door... it was a great location for what we were in Kyiv for. Very close to the Golden Gate, metro, a great cafe very close - though not obvious to find at first - and withoin easy walking of the old town and Maiden Square.
The appartment is starting to look a bit tatty, lights need replacing, draw fronts need tightening and cupboard doors need a little adjustment - lots of little things. The lighting in common areas need some attention as it is easy to trip on obsicles in the dark.

I like fast Communication with administrator and support personal. The apartment is located in the center, short distance to bus and tube stations where easy to go anywhere Clean and comfortable for short staying. I had extra towels and bathroom accessories like in a hotel. My mark is Very good
