The apartment is really clean, comfortable and located in the centre of Kyiv, and so close to the MTR, just 2 mins walking.

well laid out apartment with mod-con facilities. shower was extra forceful if you wanted that setting! Very quiet apatment building
No lift meant climbing 86 flight of steps to the top floor which for me at 70 was asking much! Humping a 20kg suitcase on first occasion proved difficult.

Perfect location, interior of the apartment was nice.
Although we were told about the 5 floors of stairs (no lift) to reach the apartment, we were not informed that there were dangling and exposed wires in the stairwell, only one section had a light and it was dusty and dilapidated from the building work going on. Arriving at 10pm in the dark we wondered what we had booked from the state of the stairs leading to the apartment. The bathroom could also do with modernisation as the shower cubicle was old and black mould was growing on the sealant.

A nice cosey apartment witch is in a really good location.
I really can't think of a negative. Only issue was a blocked plug hole which was sorted out promptly.

The apartment lay out is really good. Things are a bit dated but still fine. The style and design of the apartment is good and the location for us was excellent, close to the metro and shopping.
The bed was terribly firm! If you like a super hard bed this is the place. We moved to the sofa after 2 nights and sore backs. The sofa is older and was not much better. If you need a decent bed to get a nights rest this is NOT the place for you.
