Wonderful staff! They worked very hard to make everyone comfortable in the midst of daily blackouts.
The doors are a bit thin, so it's easy to hear everything around you. And the bed was quite hard, which some people like it seems.

I stayed in this hotel just for one night, but I really loved everything - a very cozy and comfortable room, coffee and tea, water, and a comfortable bed. And they also have a shelter right in the building, which is very important today.
The hotel is located on the second floor. If you have luggage, you’ll need to carry it upstairs. Unfortunately, I had a heavy bag, so it felt like a workout for me. ? But I totally understand that the structure of the building doesn’t allow for an elevator.

My highest recommendation for this well-situated little gem. Formerly the Hermitage Hotel, it is now one floor of comfortable and nicely appointed rooms (the suite, particularly, feels like time travel back to 1890). Great bed, fridge, excellent shower etc. made for a wonderful two week stay. Easy cab rides to everywhere you want to go. Best of all is management and staff, especially Olga, Maria and the cleaning staff—professional, delightful and welcoming. Cool place and great value!

This is what used to be Hermitage hotel taken over by another company. Nothing has really changed, except for the reduced hours when the reception is serviced.
Nothing in particular, I've always liked this hotel.

Nice boutique hotel in the center of Kyiv. Has all what is needed including bombshelter. I cant comment the breakfast - didnt have it.

Location close to the train station
Warning!!! This is not a hotel. It's an apart hotel with access via an unpleasant area of rough hostels. Room was as in the pics but dated. It had no power due to power cuts, but all hotels and hostels around had power generators and had power. You had to put up with the noise of the generators from all the other buildings.
