Big suite rooms. Nice staff at desk.
Lobby is tiny, without cafe it bomb-shelter. Elevator can only hold 2 people or 1 with luggage.

Very friendly staff, very good location.
Very slow (bad) internet. A fridge 2 meters from the bed that makes so much noise when it starts cooling that every time you wake up :-D. The hotel is in desperate need for modernization (rooms).

It was a comfortable room, electricity worked when energy cuts, had a/c all the time and hot water inspite of energy cuts in Ukraine. Comfortable room and quiet , had little balcony and washing machine. Excellent value for the money

All were perfect. Cleaning every day. Nice and friendly staff. When the energy is shut down, hotel has alternative way to provide energy. That’s why hot water and light are available all the time. The room has everything you need: fridge, washing machine, iron.
