Personnel demonstrates attention to any need of hotel guest, flawless check-in and check-out, good soundproofing, adequately priced breakfast in a cafe in the same building, spacious room. I am a returning guest and personnel remembers my requests to the room (not close to elevator and on upper levels)

Spacious room in pale colours, facing street but no issues with soundproofing. Small kitchenette is built-in, but it is simpler just to have dinner nearby as hotel is centrally located. Washing machine is available on-site, toiletries are adequately nice but not a known brand. Personnel is proactive in helping with requests

Room is located on top floors of the hotel, spacious superior suite with two rooms and large bathroom, there in no need in built-in kitchenette as this area is packed with restos and cafs (vietnamese, asian, Georgian etc.). Breakfast is served in caf next door to hotel's entrance at price EUR9, but multiple choice is available in a stonethrow.

Its a great location. A 3 minute walk to the Olympiska Metro station and surrounded by great restaurants. The energy on the street is fantastic. I think most units have a washing machine. That allowed me to pack less and travel with just a carry on.
There is nothing bad to say about the Greguar Hotel.

It was by a busy road which probably wouldnt bother most people. It wasnt noisy. The view snd feeling on the other side I preferred
