Wonderful
This hotel has a great location in central Kyiv, across from the park and near a lot of great restaurants and cafes. The front desk people are very nice and hardworking; they also speak excellent English. I like that it's on the first floor, so it's very safe from air attacks. There is a shelter too, which fortunately I didn't use.
A kettle would have been a nice addition.

The location is good, and it was nice to have parking available.
The room didn't smell great, and the furniture was very unclean. Additionally, there was no mattress on the bed so I slept on a box spring. Half of the lights didn't work, and many other things were broken. The price was reasonable, but I was disappointed by the quality of this hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and communicative and helped me solve a lot of problems!! The hotel's location is close to all the attractions in the city center, but you will need to climb frequently.
The heating in the hotel room is a little inadequate, and it feels colder when you sleep at night, and the toilets are even colder! I recommend that you locate the intersection when you first take a taxi to the hotel, otherwise the navigation will make it easy to get lost.

First thing I want to mention is people - all ladies at the front desk are very polite, helpful and friendly. Other good things are wonderful location, it’s very clean, I liked the antique style.
Just as a recommendation - please consider changing the mattress in a single room. It’s not comfortable now.
