The room was beautifully furnished & extremely comfortable. It is conveniently located, yet quiet. Breakfast was scrumptious & the rooms include handy features like heated towel bars, mini-fridges, lock boxes & water. The beds & linens are quite luxurious. The staff exceeded all expectations! They assisted us with securing taxis, providing directions & being unfailingly friendly.

convenience and nestled into a hill in center city safe from Russian bombs. also big room (suite) with lots of space. Large bed. Bidet in bathroom. Large tub and shower. courteous staff.

An absolutely wonderful experience for my first stay in Ukraine. I was made to feel very welcome and all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was the best it could be. They booked restaurants and taxis for me and gave me many great recommendations. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Kiev. Exceptional service!

Staff were super helpful at the hotel, arranging Covid tests and taxi transport. The hotel is in an excellant location, and just a short walk to major sights. The room was clean and an ideal size.

Place.
Very cold in the room, it is impossible to sleep. Also there are hot water only for one person we should went ro reception to ask help then they gave us a key from another room to use bathroom. There wasn't room cleaning service we should asked for toilet paper. Also then you book your room it isnt any information about city fee, we only knew this information then did checkout. Hotel is in the ground floor in big house with many flats.
