The staff at the hotel was magnificent and always went out of their way to be helpful and to make my stay more enjoyable. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and bar and it is centrally located in Kyiv. I had a few special requests and they were handled right away. I have traveled the entire US and a lot of the world and would rate this hotel among the best.
With it being in Kyiv, I had to go into the shelter several times, but that has nothing to do with the hotel and everything to do with current circumstances in Ukraine. I have nothing negative to say and nothing that could be improved.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the view. Bed and room comfort great. Slept like a baby.
Thought the spa/pool area could be more generous. The regular spa area (excl rituals) only included a windowless indoor pool. Wished it had a steam bath/sauna freely accessible as well.

Calm, near the main road but quiet. Delicious food. Big room with big bathroom, shower, washbowl. All bath stuff. Small but comfortable swimming pool.
No minibar in room. Noone accompanied to the room after registration. Not clean enough, was dust on any stuff also dirty mirror in the room. It was promised view to the city but I see only wall and windows of other building, only small corner of city. The staff isn't friendly, more supercilious. The furniture needs repair. You need to pay during registration, not when you leave as usually in 5* hotels.
