Property manager met me outside the building, cutting time on looking for entrance. Also, accepted payment in euros, because finding cash uah on the morning of January 1st was impossible.
Seems silly to point this out on a stay i would rate 8.5 if i could (more than 8, less than 9), and also - now that will likely not be immediately fixed due to supply chain disruptions, but when the war ends, i'd upgrade minor, but very visible for the traveler things such as bed linen, curtain (in which i found a burned hole, likely a cigarette one, even though it's a non-smoking room), table, shower handle. Several hundred dollars total in maintenance, but could easily turn 8.5 into 9.5.
