The price per night in such a location was amazing.
That was what I expected because I knew the area beforehand.
However, what exceeded my expectations, was their laundry service they provided.
Now I don't need to carry dirty laundry all over the Ukraine - they offered to wash them for me when I asked about this.
There were no lift, but on the check in when I had luggage the host carried the luggage. It was a big help in the days when the temperature waa 38 degrees.

The manager. Best communication, welcomed my cat, even having prepared a litter box for him, met me outside, carried my bag up the stairs, catered to all my wants and needs (water, kettle)...really, one of the best experiences ever.

Perfect place where staying while in Kyiv. Everything is new, room and shower are super comfortable. Plus, the owner is always ready to help, I strongly reccomend the place. The area is full of places where having food and coffee, in a great area of Podil.

Very affordable hotel at the perfect location in the middle of Podil. My room was perfectly clean, there was already a 5L bottle of water there, water pressure in the shower was great(!) and the owner Artem was extremely helpful. Checking in, getting my laundry washed, checking out, couldn't have been easier and smoother.
I will definitely return!

The manager Artem was very helpful, from letting me check in early, staying later than check out time, etc. He looked after everything and I would recommend staying at the Dudman Hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean&comfy. Nice location, close to several cafes.
If there is no electricity in the area, they don’t have their own generators, so there is no electricity in the hotel:(
