There were no problems after I was able to find the manager to show me my room.
There is no registration desk; instead a security guard for the building. I should have realized this when I booked an Apart-hotel. Oops!) The hotel manager, once we found him, speaks no English, but assisted me well. If not for a friend who helped me, I think it would have taken far longer than twenty minutes to get to the hotel part of the building or find a manager.

Beautiful location on the outskirts of Kyiv. Amazing rooms and garden. Lovely and friendly staff and very attenttive. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I could here every neighborhood through walls , it was tooo cold to sleep there , there was no a/c to solve that

Good location, the apartment is comfortable and has a lot of space. It was good to have a kitchen with two small fridges, kettle, and dishes. Free facilities like slippers, towels, soap and shampoo were also included.
The bed mattress is not good, so those who have problems with back might suffer. The bathroom was not too clean and the bath curtain should have been changed A LOT of time ago as it had mold and smelled.

Perfecct location. Was balcony. In 15 minutes, by foot, reachable nice restaurants. Night club, metro station and central railway station too. Nice room. One minute walk to supermarket. One minute walk to BOOZE.
