It was clean, location good and my stay was very comfortable
I needed to wait 30-40 minutes for the hot water if I decide to take a shower (as a boiler was only one for a few apartments).

spacious apartment, nice design.
Washing machine doesn't work properly, bathroom vent was completely broken. Hot water in the shower runs out in 4-5 minutes. Loud neighbours. Dead insects all over the apartment. Even saw a live cockroach in the kitchen (only one though).

Clean, rather spacious, with all necessary facilities. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but you can't hear the noise of the street.
