Wonderful
I loved the location, it is right across the street from the Khreshchatyk Street soldier memorial, Independence Monument, Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy, and the local Globus/Novus shopping center, as well as the subway which currently doubles as a shelter in case of attack.
The room I had, Queen Suite, was large and comfortable, plenty of room.
The staff were friendly and helpful across the board, the concierge(s) both spoke some English, which is helpful for beginning visitors.
The bed is perhaps the firmest I've ever slept on, making my sleep less than fulfilling, but this is something which is my preference.
Also, the power outages were, of course troubling, but this is not the fault of the hotel, and I did not reflect this in my ratings.
The bidet hose nozzle was broken, be careful when turning on to warm it up.
When taking a standing shower, the water seemed to escape making the floor wet. Be careful exiting the tub.
It would have been nice to have a Smart TV so I could cast phone screen and/or watch Netflix etc.

I really liked how clean and comfortable the room was, as well as the peaceful atmosphere despite being right in the city center. The location is perfect, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful — they made my stay feel easy and welcoming.
There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very pleasant stay.

The room was very close to city center where access to everything you need is within walking distance… I felt safe in this hotel
There was a lot of noise from truck deliveries because the location of this hotel although very convenient is located in a courtyard and alley-way. There are constant deliveries for backdoor ongoing business for shops located on the main street area

I really liked how clean and comfortable the room was. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast was fresh and had a lot of variety. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and how well everything was organized.
Honestly, everything was great. I didn’t have any problems during my stay.

Thanks very much to the hotel team and especially to the two women at the front desk. They helped me very much with all my needs. Thanks to them and also to the owner of the hotel who let me stay for free until 15.00 rather than 12.00 the last day. I will be coming back to this hotel, once again!
