Very clean inside, clear instructions to get in. Perfect central location, underground in 5 mins walk
Apartment is in the old residential building, top floor, but to get there you need to use the elevator (not the cleanest) or walk the stairs (same)

Modern and clean appartement. Good quality equipment. Everything you need is there. The kitchen and the bathroom are great , the bed is really comfortable. The place is really quiet, even with the windows open, you don't hear the traffic because the street is on the other side of the building. The WiFi connection is ok, the TV works well too. The owner is really available, they answer really quick to any message.

Disappointing
the door lock was not working properly, and the elevator and the common area were awfully dirty and disgusting. I asked to get extra hangers and was simply ignored. in the end, had to pay for the fresh towels I used to replace mine after 7 days of stay. Pathetic

I did not notice any electricity cuts, well equipped, small but cosy place, would recommend
the flat is high up in the building so difficult to go to shelter during air raid. I wanted to extend but the weekend price is supposedly higher than the price over the week...

Nice apartment, with new comfortable furniture and bathroom and good lighting.
Very noisy fridge which is next to the bed and makes it very difficult to sleep... the duvet cover was clean but it had a few stains that cannot be found on linen in an apartment of this level, Internet was slow.

Good location. Pleasant host. The room and facility are like for your own, good quality, and not as usual "for rent" in Ukraine. Nice design.

super easy to find the keys and get to the apartment. the guide and the support chat was super friendly & helpful. great stay
There is a huge building-construction site right in front of the apartments windows. this is none of the fault of the owners. but this is a good info to keep in mind if you plan to work or rest in the apartment during the daytime working hours

Sometimes Elevator of the apartment smells very bad. The apartman management should be warned about regular cleaning activities. This comment is comletely related with apartment not flat. The other things were so nice and i recommend the flat

Good location, nice apartment with air condition, kitchen and everything you need in an apartment. Interior was very stylish. Overall enjoyed our stay there.
