The view from the restaurant is great, you can check it during well-served breakfast, rooms are also good, beds are very high and comfy. The room is well equipped. Great that we were able to left our baggage in the hotel before and after check-in and check-out.

Great location - not too far from the train station, you can walk everywhere, or you can use the metro (the station was nearby). The room and the bathroom were great, everything was convenient. There is a bomb shelter for one's peace of mind.
The place feels slightly impersonal, but that's a matter of preference, it's not a criticism. I didn't try the breakfast as the price seemed excessive for Kyiv, even at a fancy hotel, but there are many breakfast places nearby.

Very friendly staff, good location
Very comfortable room and good breakfast options
Also, they take their shelter seriously; they make it comfortable for people with chairs, bean bags, dispensers, and even water & coffee
The room service doesn't change the bed sheets regularly; either I ask for it or depending on the staff in charge
Other than that, cleaning happens on a daily basis and it is good

Clean and good location
They took 30 deposit from me. I checked out more than a month but still I didnt get my money. I spoke with hotel staff but they didnt help me at all. Its very disappointing for me.
