Considering the fact that I stayed during one of the worst nights, air raid-wise of the war so far, they couldn't have done better. Great location, staff, facilities and happy guests. I wish them all a safe return to peaceful times. In the meantime, doing an incredible job under very difficult circumstances.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean hotel, friendly staff. Especially the security staff and concierge staff helping with suitcases were super friendly and helpful.
Also it was a pleasant surprise to get a dessert with a happy birthday wishes.
It was annoying that most common things like towel, bottled water, etc are per request. I booked a king room for two people but everyday it was only one towel, one small bottle water, etc… it was not the end of the world but it was very inconvenient and annoying :(( . Especially at the first nights when I needed to take medication at night. Eventually I just purchased big bottles of water.
Also I didn’t like the hookah place at the first floor. I just don’t like hookah smell.

I had chosen a corner room on the eleventh floor so I had extensive views in two directions and a larger bathroom... it definitely felt more like a suite than a 'room'.
I had purchased an option to include breakfast, and having the great buffet there every morning on the top floor with views stretching over the city on three sides was the best way to start any day!
Given the situation in Ukraine currently, having a very secure shelter on the premises was comforting. too.
I would not have changed a single thing about my stay, and look forward to going back as soon as I can! Staff is friendly and helpful, The rooms were VERY quiet, the location is perfect, with only. a short walk to a major metro station, among many other things.

The bed was super comfortable. Pleasant breakfast with fantastic view.
Noise cancellation between rooms could be improved – we heard our neighbors.
There was just one chair on a balcony and one bottle of water though the room was booked for two people.
As a compliment for my birthday, I was told I could pick one of three options. When I asked for a compliment, 2 of 3 options were unavailable. And they're food/drink options. So, I received a small "plate" with fruits without any serving – no knife, even ZERO napkins. How was I supposed to eat kiwi? It's a shame, not a compliment. Better NO COMPLIMENT than this.

Really happy with my experience staying here over a 2 week period. Everything to expectation but also worth noting the basement shelter is good and staff is responsible and helpful with regard to the security situation - unfortunately a pretty important thing at the moment.
No complaints really. Climate control in the room was a bit tricky but not a significant issue

Very friendly staff, good location
Very comfortable room and good breakfast options
Also, they take their shelter seriously; they make it comfortable for people with chairs, bean bags, dispensers, and even water & coffee
The room service doesn't change the bed sheets regularly; either I ask for it or depending on the staff in charge
Other than that, cleaning happens on a daily basis and it is good
