Exceptional
This hotel exceeded my expectations! For this price they offer so many useful things which some other hotels don't offer at a higher price. The staff is very welcoming and ready to help. During the daylight when "black outs" happen because of the war, they switch on a generator. For this - special thank you!

The hotel was clean and everything was available
The hotel is far from the center. The beds are bad, you can feel the springs of the matrass. The breakfast is not a buffet but a room with almost no place to sit. You have to choose your breakfast the night before into detail, and sometimes the time you choose is not available and you have to choose a different time. This is inconvenient, especially if travelling for work. And the breakfast quality is very poor. The price is way too high for what you get. There are hotels closer to the center for much better prices.

Location was exactly right for us as we had appointments in the local area but it is very far out from the main tourist attractions so others might not be so happy with it.
The staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was good with a range of choice. We especially liked the pancakes.
There is no onsite restaurant and little choice of where to eat locally. We ended up with pizza more than once but this is more to do with location than with anything about the hotel. In general the whole experience was very positive and we would stay there again if we needed to be in that suburb of Kiev.

Very Good
This hotel is a good place for couple nights stay. Even though I was surprised how small the room was, it was clean, with nice white pillows, duvet etc. Bathroom was in a great state, very clean as the whole room. Okeish breakfast:) that I enjoyed in my room right on time as agreed:) Super nice staff!!!)

Wonderful
Good breakfast and very friendly staff. I had an appointment in the neighborhood so the location was good. Restaurant was closed because of Covid 19, but I could order dinner and breakfast for roomservice
