Spacious, calm (except alarms in Kyiv), clean, quick response and help on my requests.
During the booking its not pointed the number of floor of the flat. In Kyiv its pretty important to know because of russi attacks with drones.

The apartment was wonderful: a large bathroom, large kitchen (everything was functional), an amazing amount of storage & drawer & closet space for clothing and accessories. There is nice dining area and living room certainly sufficient for entertaining several friends. The location is convenient to the Kyiv central rail station and the central bus station. And the apartment is only 2.5 km from Independence Square.

Mostly everything: facilities, location, a level of comfort, etc.
The staff was a bit not friendly in some points. We asked about how to use a jacuzzi, the first time it was a really helpful answer at 11 pm (!), but when we asked extra questions, the host was not really friendly, which was a bit disappointing. However, the jacuzzi really works! :)

Decent size room. Nice bathroom. 
Air conditioning basically didn’t work and it was extremely hot the entire time, especially at night. When we tried to use the washing machine, it immediately shorted out and spilled water all over the floor in the bathroom.

The apartment was rather more luxurious than I expected. It had beautiful wood floors, very comfortable bed, a large enclosed balcony where I could dry my laundry, and a small outdoor balcony. bath towels were clean and new. Bath soap, shampoo, hand soap etc all provided. The manager of the property is dependable, honest (I accidentally overpaid and she returned cash), and she is available when you need her..she answers messages promptly, and is just as nice as can be.
