Mostly everything: facilities, location, a level of comfort, etc.
The staff was a bit not friendly in some points. We asked about how to use a jacuzzi, the first time it was a really helpful answer at 11 pm (!), but when we asked extra questions, the host was not really friendly, which was a bit disappointing. However, the jacuzzi really works! :)

Decent size room. Nice bathroom.
Air conditioning basically didnt work and it was extremely hot the entire time, especially at night. When we tried to use the washing machine, it immediately shorted out and spilled water all over the floor in the bathroom.

The apartment was rather more luxurious than I expected. It had beautiful wood floors, very comfortable bed, a large enclosed balcony where I could dry my laundry, and a small outdoor balcony. bath towels were clean and new. Bath soap, shampoo, hand soap etc all provided. The manager of the property is dependable, honest (I accidentally overpaid and she returned cash), and she is available when you need her..she answers messages promptly, and is just as nice as can be.

Nice, roomy and clean apartment with all kitchen hardware to do self-cooking during the Covid-19 lock down. Secure parking for the private car.
Some basic furniture, i.e. night tables beside the bed and sofa table are missing. It would not be a huge investment and would bring a lot of comfort to the apartment. Also, maybe two chairs and a table to the balcony should be considered.

Nicely decorated and very clean. The lady owner who took my credit card was very nice.
Internet was not easily accessible. I wrote to the owner and called twice. The response was very slow. They could have told me over the phone or wrote back to me but didn't. Poor communication. The shower handheld was leaking water due to aged rubber washer. This leak caused low water pressure at the shower head.
