The staff are excellent, very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, very well situated and very reasonable.
I think the hotel restaurant could provide slightly more interesting food. Having said that, the restaurant is open late, which for our purposes was extremely useful.

Location requires letter from hotel and passport to get in the front door. Google maps takes you to a road that is closed because of it being part of the SBU headquarters. Be aware.
