The we met was processional polite and helpful.The location is perfect. Pretty quiet room. Cleanness. Overall there is a nice place to stay with the present situation in Kyiv. As well with paying wasn’t any problems on our weekend stay.
Hard to reach the location bay car. Elevator didn’t work during our stay- reception on 4s floor and we on 5 floor. TV set didn’t work, and nobody can explain why and when. Would be nice to have a safety box in the room- couldn’t find any. Cafeteria called restaurant empty from any customer, there isn’t any wending machines , not even coffee. Supposed to be temporary, but anyway we paid full price.

You'll need to be thoroughly checked by the secret service of Ukraine every time you enter the hotel. The staff are shady and will change prices of things after they have been provided, then demand payment with threats, intimidation, condescension, and disrespect. Very sorry I chose to stay here!

Great location friendly staff, clean rooms but cleaners don’t knock or understand not to come in when you say no.
Today (March 29) I stayed again at the hotel. It’s nice in many ways but the cleaners never knock and just walk in. Today while showering I hear people in my room. A bit later as I dressed, they knocked again. I said maybe twenty times don’t come in but they did not understand and again attempted to enters If they can resolve this matter. The hotel is otherwise excellent.
