Very friendly and welcoming staff. There were some issues with the internet, but they were solved smoothly. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice location.

Definitely the worst 4-stars (at least at Booking) hotel we have ever stayed in. Our booking was a complete mess. The staff have lost a part of it and accommodated us in one room instead of two we booked. After they realized they have mistaken, they asked me to cancel the booking. The staff has a poor training and attitude. For example, the elevators didn’t work and no help with bags was proposed. And no salutations in the morning. The breakfasts are bad. Last but not least, a cash-only deposit for pets looked really strange.

Located outside of historic center but conveniently for travelling by car (optionally - subway station is in 400m from the hotel). Huge hypermarket nearby (should you need anything), I suppose , hotel staff could be asked to help you with. Good sound-proof windows, not sure about breakfast, but in Kyiv you can have any type of full breakfast for up to 10€ in any cafe nearby
