Only the location.
I do not like leaving negative reviews but I absolutely cannot recommend Bogdan Hall, as we had terrible experience there. Immediately after checking in, we noticed a very unpleasant smell in the room, a strong cold near the windows, and the inability to completely close the curtains. Then, after 5 minutes of using hot water in the shower, it disappeared. Within 40-50 minutes, the boiler did not heat the water at all, so I had to communicate with the host. It was a very unpleasant conversation, we were provided with another room as a result, but I have never met such obscene communication with guests. The second room also had a nasty smell, but it already smelled of cigarettes, the headboard was completely peeled off (see photo). Also, both rooms had absolutely no soundproofing, we could hear conversations, the sounds of mobile phones and footsteps from other rooms. The plumbing in the shower has obviously not been washed in both rooms for a long time, I am also attaching photos. It is also worth noting that 13 months ago I rented a room for 630 UAH ($22 at that exchange rate) without any discounts and the room was in a much better condition, but this time I paid 1170 UAH ($41.63 at the current exchange rate). I dont understand what caused such an increase in price, given that even parking costs an additional 70 UAH.
