As a couple days trip, we had everything we needed. The location is great, apartment is cozy and clean.
The only one con is cooking stove. A bit small for cooking. But for short termed trips it doesnt matter.

Lets start from the check in. We traveled to Kyiv for a vacation, me and my friends. We came to Kyiv and for a really long time manager couldnt give us the exact address where the apartment is. So we had to stay at the train station and wait when they will figure that out.
One manager transferred us to another girl. And at the same time they are saying that they couldnt find our reservation. Im sending them all the screenshots from Booking reservation, it almost not helping them. One girl sending us one address another girl sends us completely different one. They cannot decide where the reserved apartment is, I mean strange huh. It even sounds ridiculous. Meanwhile we are still standing at the Train Central Station waiting for the right address so that we can get the Uber and go.
And neither the 1st nor 2nd manager was not able to do that quickly.
After taking the keys from first address we received from them, we went to another one where the apartment supposed to be. Found the door, putting the keys into the lock, but its not spinning to open it. After a few seconds we hear that door is opening from the inside, a girl opens it and saying that she is the one who rented this apartment. Imagine our faces at that time. And then imagine her face opening that door to a pretty big crowd of boys and girls standing there with the languages.
Im calling the manager to figure out what is really going on here. And guess what, wrong address, again. The manager sent us the wrong address wrong number of apartment, but it was the right building, thanks God!
Were switching to one floor up, and there you go, finally we are there.
If youre thinking right now that our surprises ended there, poor you, one more next.
So we arrived, choosing the bedroom between each other, and then one of my friends just sitting at the bed, on the edge of the bed, and he just dropping down almost on the floor.

the property was not at all what the photos showed. it was really unattractive and the building was very old and elevator worn down. not as advertised.

The location was superb and the flat was quite clean.
It was a different flat and not the one I booked. Communication was not very welcoming. A belogning I left at the flat was not returned.

Beyond the face we came to an apartment that did not have enough beds as it is written And we were really disappointed by the hosts who shouted at us on the phone and spoke really badly when we said that there are no beds provided. Then everything they mediate even on the fact that there is not enough toilet paper very Bad hosts!!!!

we received totally different apartments. In apartments it was awful cigarettes smell. Very bad communication with stuff. Apartments was still in cleaning cleaning process at 16:00
