Perfect location, very accessible, convenient free parking (not always available) decent room
Bed mattress too soft and thin, occasionally at nights noisy from youngsters gathering in the parking lot.

Big and spacious. Beds very comfortable. A large bubble bath which I didn't want to use because filling it would have wasted a lot of water. The wifi was off due to constant power cuts / war and when i asked the reception came straight over to reset modem etc. So really helpful. Kyiv is not easy these days and i appreciated their hospitality.
A little dark. Furniture and furnishing nothing special. would have been nice to have some coffee sachets and milk creamer.

The apartment was located right next to "Arena"
Overpriced dormitory rooms that they call apartments. They scammed me for 200UAH when I used their laundry service lol. Very rude staff and owner. Extremely cold room, despite having heather on full. The heater was a small movable electrical heater that you had to plug into the wall for it to work, it wasn't installed any proper heaters on the walls, nor was there any heat in the floors. Bed was super uncomfortable and the rooms were not soundproof at all, as this was not single apartments, more like 5 rooms with thin doors, stacked next to each other, within an apartment door. You wake up every time someone opens their door. When you walk from your room to the apartment door, you heard every little sound from your neighbors. Super uncomfortable, and it made me naturally keep my voice down when I was in my room talking to my friend. The apartment door that was supposed to be the door that protected all the rooms, were also super thin, so safety wasn't optimal either in my opinion. There were no kitchen, only a microwave. They told me laundry service was 100UAH, and when I checked out it was all of a sudden 300UAH. Owner and cleaning lady was making up lies about the clothes being dried in the drying machine and that I had so much clothes that they had to use the washing machine twice. If this was true, I'd gladly pay the extra little amount of 200UAH, but it's it's matter of principle, were you don't want to get scammed. The clothes contained of (literally) one pair of jeans, two sweaters, 2-3 underwear and a 4-5 pairs of socks. That is not many things to wash. The clothes were then hung up in my room and had to hang there over night before they were dry. I was told by the receptionist that it took 2 hours before the clothes were washed and dried, but that was just another lie. For the 1750UAH per night price, you can stay in an luxury airbnb aparment instead og this old crap. You're welcome.

Great location, just in the center of Kyiv. Everything is nearby - bars, restaurants, museums, places of interest and public transport. Very polite hostess, fluent in English, receptionists provided all the instructions in advance, they were flexible with payments and helpful in general. Pretty clean, freshly renovated and well equipped apartments, but it would be more comfortable for single traveler or couple, than for a family with children.
Wi-Fi was week, and it was a disaster for my online conference. They could provide some tee bags / coffee/sugar sticks or at least the bottle of water for guests. For those who don`t like the very noisy center streets, probably, would be better to stay elsewhere.

Great location and very clean apartment.
You gotta like noise because of the busy location there was lots of activity all night long. The most disturbing are the noisy car and motorcycles that tend to race up and down the street late into the night and early morning.
