Modern interior, clean, electricity was available 24 hrs a day, nice bathroom, perfect location.
There was a misunderstanding regarding the use of the washing machine. However, the issue was quickly resolved.

Perfect location, very accessible, convenient free parking (not always available) decent room
Bed mattress too soft and thin, occasionally at nights noisy from youngsters gathering in the parking lot.

Big and spacious. Beds very comfortable. A large bubble bath which I didn't want to use because filling it would have wasted a lot of water. The wifi was off due to constant power cuts / war and when i asked the reception came straight over to reset modem etc. So really helpful. Kyiv is not easy these days and i appreciated their hospitality.
A little dark. Furniture and furnishing nothing special. would have been nice to have some coffee sachets and milk creamer.
