It's a good price-quality ratio. The room is not big but not too small. The was a bit noisy neighbor with electric saw near the house but it's a common problem for all dacha house's area.
The cleaners of the hotel use cleaning products with very strong odor. I would recommend using something more neutral. Because we were forced to ventilate the room after arriving.

apartment has good price and basically what a guest needs. Its 100 yards from a bus stop #64
the bed a bit uncomfortable and bus connections to the place can be a challenge.

I stayed for several days in the apartment with balcony. It is a classic studio on the second floor of a two-storey building equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay: a kitchen with a gas stovetop, a private bathroom with a shower and a double bed. While it is a bit off the city's vibrant core, there is a regular bus connection to the nearest subway station with several grocery stores (it is a 10-15 min trip). Because this place is essentially located in the countryside, I would recommend it to anyone who likes jogging or fishing - there are several lakes just a mile east.
No air conditioning on the second floor. While it should not be a problem during fall/winter season, I suspect it might be a bit hot inside when temperatures mount. Also, it would be really nice to have mosquito nets installed on windows (remember, lakes are just around the corner and there are plenty of flies out there).
