I've stayed before. Will stay again. Guess that says it all
They need to change the checkin times. You can get in. But no concierge downstairs. Lift requires fob to work. So you have to wait. Then after 21:00 you have to go to the other hotel in the building's reception. Just a pain really when the staff know about it

Not much really. Just a little bit further out of the city itself than I expected to be walking. However taxis and scooters are all over the place

We stayed in the suite which has a sitting room + two bedrooms. The sitting has two hobs and some facilities for making a small dinner. The suite has a lot of space and it was very comfortable. It has a bathroom and an extra room with a big-shower. Excellent relation between quality and price. I would like to highlight the kindness of the people who work there. They were very helpful with us.

The rooms are wide and well furnished. Ambiance is pleasant. Good quality.

The staff is very helpful
The walls transmit sound and you definitely can't sleep, listening to all your neighbors' conversations all night long is like a nightmare.

There is not enough hot water to take a bath. You can fill the tub ~ 1/3 full before there is only cold eater

Location is good, breakfast I did not have.
Electric power cuts everyday of course this is not the hotels fault, it's a war problem, I could imagine with the hotels position it would be very costly to install a generator.
