Very Good
Very well done and thought of apartment. With a lot of small details done right. Modern appliances, very comfy bed. Apartment is quite spacious, and well furbished, a lot of stuff is provided and cared for.
Saksaganskogo is a relatively busy street, and even with the good windows and 3rd floor apartment you still may hear a revving cars passing from time to time, but this is a problem in most Kiev apartments. Also, very slight, fainting smell of nicotine is noticeable, although not a problem unless you really sensible.

The apartment is well located - everything is reachable by walking - supermarket, restaurants, parks, etc. Everything I needed was there - starting from iron, hairdryer, shampoos, shower gel - ending up with the ingredients needed for cooking, tea and a good coffee from retro coffee machine :). Cleaning was in time and of high quality. Volodymir was a great host - he fulfilled all my requests, even - bought some things for me to bring home. Thank you! It was great to stay with you! Marita.

Wonderful
Location was nice, host was friendly, check in and out were smooth, apartments had everything we needed(towels, slippers, iron, shampoo etc.), nice balcony and a living room.
It was quite noisy during the night(because of the passing cars), as the apartments are located on a big busy street in Kyiv.
