Flat itself very ok, much better than house. Extra electricity heating. 2 rooms.. Metro not far, little shop 100m away. Would take again for that price.
Flat is in a quite old house. Heating cold mid of november. Old style flat with gas cooking. Some things missing, e.g. shower gel. Bed comfortable , but couch not.
