Everything is stellar! The hosts are absolutley amazing! Helping with anything you need. Fanatastic people! The apartment is very clean and stocked with lots of details that I haven't even seen in hotels. There's a little first aid kit, thoothburshes, slippers, shampoo, tea, sweets, sugar, washing powder, water,... Honestly they think of everything! Very clean! Just super. The location is obviously not the best if you want to visit the attractions in Kyiv but to just live it has everything you need directly there. Supermarket, restaurants, metro station,... everything not even a minute away. Very convinient.
There's no way to pay by card if you can't transfer directly to a credit card.

The instructions given by the administrator were clear and helpful. Nice communication.
The apartment was very good, but the building itself is in poor condition and dirty. The owner is not to blame, of course, to make this clear.

2nd time in "Apartment on Hryshka Street". This time in other floor. Apartment itself 10, nearly perfect. Looks new, clean, big, complete with washing machine,dishwasher, kitchen full , comfortable bed, pillows. 200m from Metro, 100m from NOVUS, where you can get all what you need in vacation (food, body care...). The key you get from security, which is no problem and no wait times.
<5 minutes from room to metro, but 25 to town center. no heating till about 15 october -> cold flat and also cold bathroom at start of october two times in this location, two times problem with return of deposit 1. wanted to leave at 08:00...after a time i wrote to owner "where is elena": advice: "leave the keys at security" (unspoken:and forget about deposit) i waited 40 min 2. wrote that i want leave 12:00, ok, elena comes 12-00. 12:17 i asked the owner, 12:19 answer "elena is running" , 12:36 i got my 30 deposit back, again without control of anything..... Elena is in the same house, it takes ~1 minute to come to the flat and return deposit. So ask for your deposit at least one hour before leave, then you may have the change to get out and reach your booked taxi in time. PS: When it's about to pay the money for flat, Elena was that 2 times much faster...

I was picked up at Boryspil airport at 01:30 and arrive at the apartment around 02:00. Despite not speaking Russian, I was able to communicate (Natalya speaks English, use of Google translate with Elena). Everything was according to expectations. I could pay with Western Union or in Cash EUR/UAH at my convenience.
