Everything was exceptional and great, only one thing to do is. Shower needs maintenance for higher water pressure and hot water. Feedback was give to landlord, and i hope it will be done as we will come back to the same place. Landlord hospitality and cooperation is exceptional, and i will and did recommend it to others.

Good central location.
The booking was made 1 hour before moving to the apparent. Then I have realized that I have Booked 4 nights instead of 3 the owner refused to adjust the booking and said that I should pay 4 nights. I understand this is my mistake but I doubt that he has lost a lot of potential clients in just 1 hour of wrong booking, so simply not very client oriented approach. The appartement is booked 9725 UHA for 4 nights. The owner requested 10.000 UHA in cash once we have mooved to the appartement.  I have showed him the price on booking but he did not want to hear anything saying it is 10.000, life is difficult etc...also I have asked an invoice for my company and he said since it is a company, it is ok they will pay... I have never heard anything like that! It was evening and I did not want to leave as I had a child with me but overall very unpleasant, unprofessional and dishonest impression. As for the appartement a lot needs to be repaired, the kitchen was badly cleaned with stains all over the doors, dishes full of water inside the kitchen cabinets, dirty frying pans. In COVID times it is alarming.

Perfect apartment with best view in the city. Also very clean and warm. Next time we arrive to Kiev we will defenately will be staying there again. Highly recommend.
