may be the location , the rest is trash !
that apartment is a shack , in fact i took pictures so i can post them on USA ' reviews for future travelers so they do not use booking . com neither this crapped apartment on line of the poor condition but also providing future travelers about the disgusting quality in tbe water electricity goes off everyday , no cooking uttensils , except for a burned pan black as coal , and a smalll cooking bowl, no curtains all the streets lights gets through the room
In Addition theere was a leak , it was partially fixed but stil continue leaking , as a said i took pictures that will be post it on the main traveler 's reviews so booking and also future travelers DO NOT use neither services
Shame on you Booking .com that you use these kind of provders

Only location is good.
I DON'T RECOMMEND this place for many reasons: not well maintened and renovations are required urgently. The shower head is leaking and half of the water is gone, so its very complicated to take a shower. The building is new comparing to neighborhood and no elevator (so suitcases you have to carry up and down to 4th floor by hand) and steps are very high. No isolation in the building, on 4th floor you can hear what's going on the 1st floor, passing any apartment you can hear what people are discussing inside. Internet is very slow, so I had to work in Cafe. The garbage was not cleaned before my arrival. Some parts of the ceilings are very low, specially the kitchen, so you have to bend. Water is not always there and you have a hot water tank only enough for shower. The shower curtain is falling down. The only plug in bathroom is not working. The lamp is broken. The walls are scratched and dirty. It's disgusting.

Just the location of the apartment.
So let's start nicely from the beginning...
Flat was on the other address than on booking. We communicated with callcentre, but they dont communicate with their cleaners, which are giving you the keys. We attempted 3 times to accommodate, but everytime nobody comes - everytime we have been on the place we called again, and they told us another time again. We could accommodate from 14:00, but we had to wait because of this about 3 hours. Then they told us our accomodation is on different address - maybe that was the main problem. We didnt see anywhere, that we will have to give a deposit. So it was a bit suprise for us, but then on booking we found about deposit, that is 500 UAH, but they wanted 1000 UAH. On booking is that you can pay by card, but they told us, that terminal is ,,broken,,. It wasnt cleaned properly and we had to clean the flat by our selves - and yeah, after the long communication it wasnt still ready for us...and reason? ,,We cannot manage it because we didnt have too much time,,. Floor wasnt wiped and flat smells a bit. It was cold, it wasnt possible to heat up the flat - air-conditionings dont works on higher temperature. There was just one unwrapped toilet paper for 2 separate toilets, no more. Fridge is weakly refrigerate. There was a note with wifi informations, which does not exist, so there is no wifi. There are stored some things on the balcony. Sofa was dirty and you can see, that its not in its condition (seats are wear out). The table from sofa was somewhere else than on the photos. In kitchen closets was mess and generally in closets it was hided thing. Jacuzzi room: broken louver, broken bathtub cover from the outside (on photos it is before or somebody did smart photo), we had to clean the jacuzzi and carpet in front of jacuzzi. There is a boiler for hot water, which is not able to impregnate the whole jacuzzi with warm water, so advantage of this accommodation its not possible to use normally - you will have to plan it.

All the doors of the rooms were broken.You can't open the door in the bathroom when it's closed. The sheets smelled bad. It was very bad that the bedroom doors did not close. They are not very willing to solve problems.An apartment with such a beautiful location can become much nicer with a small budget.When the bathroom is wet, the water flows into the corridor.The chairs in the kitchen are broken.The electrical outlets are all out of place.

Good location for city centre and surrounding areas. Roof windows as top floor apartment where fantastic for extra light and watching huge thunder storm had one night. Would I stay here again? Yes I would as apart from couple niggles. Office and staff where very helpful entire time off stay. So overall great value for money.
Door was missing from bedroom so no privacy. Shower and sink in bathroom would loose all pressure and stop working at times. Maybe because was top floor apartment. Bed was little hard and not most comfy.

Location is awesome. Everything is few minutes walk, also 24h supermarket is on the corner. Once more - the location is top-notch. The property itself is very good for its value.
Sometimes it was noisy too noisy outside.

The water was cut off for 3 days. The company didn't seem bothered. I had to use public toilets and eat out. They should have made alternative arrangements. They could at least have bought over a large container of water so I could flush the toilet. On the 3rd day they bought some bottles of mineral water to the apartment.
Also the apartment was shabby and poorly equipped.

All apartman is dirty, owner is not kind. Somebody try to our door at 2 am night. I stay there with my gf and I never stay again.

The flat is so old and dirty. I have never seen such terrible flat in my life. The bed was not comfortable. Everywhere was so dirty and smells awful. You cannot feel yourself safe. The personel was so rude. You shouldn't stay in the this flat if you care about your mental health.
