Front Desk Staff are English Proficient. Coffee Robot Machine and Water Cooler in Lobby is nice.
Distance from City Center and Closest Metro Station, yet theres a Bus Stop nearby (#26, 35, and some other Bus Lines are frequent). NO worries lots of nice Ukraine people in the area with all one NEEDS while visiting Kiev, yet if you like Kiev City Center attractions it may not be best choice.

Even though citywide was in crisis. The Staff made everything as good as they could with the resources they had. Im eternally grateful to everyone there, and I pray for the end of the Russian and Ukrainian War.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, there is a power generator in case of power outage
There is no internet access and mobile connectivity is sufficient only for calls at the time of power outage, the generator does not help with this.
