It is in a great location and the rooms are nice and clean. Friendly staff. Love the soundproof windows. We only heard some explosions from the air missile defense, but other than that, it was very quiet. Love the room service until late.
We only received 1 free water bottle, per person, per day…when you can’t drink the water, the water should always be free. We are a family that drinks a lot of water…at least 4-8 bottles of water, each, per day.
We were told by the guy at the front desk that the breakfast buffet was included. For the first 8 days they didn’t make us pay, then the last day they told us we had to pay and that it was never free, but they were just letting us get it for free?

Check-in was quick and efficient. We were assigned a room on the 14th floor with a stunning view of the city. The room was clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We would be delighted to visit this hotel again in the future.

I liked the hotel a lot. It's very modern and clean. It has all the facilities you need during travel. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The location is central near a big mall. The staff is great. Especially I want to thank Maxim, Daria and Yasmina. They are nice people and very professional. Overall, it's a great choice for your next stay.
