all shops and supper markets about 5 to 7 mins walk and metro is about the same distance and transport
Kyiv train station is about 15 minutes to and from the apartment no 14 bus takes you to the station

Location. In center of city.
Not very clean Bed sheets, Towels. Rooms big but old not very clean. " Not good for winters, springs and autumn." You can not use heating or Boiler. or other electric. It disconnect from electric MCB.

Adequate price, nice location
There’s no heating. I couldn’t believe it. The owner said “there is A/C for heating” not in the nicest manner. There isn’t A/C in each room.
Also, a cleaner who came while we were checking out, asked if we dirtied towels and bedclothes. I thought it was obvious that they need to be changed.

1. just one key for 2 people is problematic
2. entry phone doesn't work, so if somebody without a key wants to call your door you need to go downstairs and open up the main door of the building
