The room was clean and comfortable. Kettle and cooking implements are available. The windows block the street noise well.
The location is not well marked, the entrance is at the rear of the building and a small sign would have been helpful.

the door is lockable with a key, there is ok'ish bed, there is air conditioner, there is a refrigerator, there is boiler, there is microwave oven
people smoke, probably in the room as well - there is old smell of cigarettes'. the building on the opposite side of the street is half destroyed because of the war, but they do not tell about it in the description and the rooms are on the last floor... not very comfortable (mentally)
one has to go up stairs in a narrow ladder to the 5th floor - not easy to do (no elevator).
a kitchen area in the room is tiny - sinks are too small IMHO (both in the bathroom and in the kitchen area)

Great Location - Famous Chekhov Restaurant is 5 min walk, the same 5 min walk to the subway )
No lift - if you have some heavy luggage I strongly do not recommend the place - it is 4 levels up the ground (

The flat was fully renovated, room was large enough for 2, small kitchen but very functional, nothing was missing. We really appreciated the calm, the view, the comfort and the staff was awesome! The location was perfect, exactly in the center of Kharkiv, walking distance from Gorky Park, from the city center and the River.
Maybe the bed could have been more comfortable, other than that, everything was really nice.

It was fine and had great location. Everything that said about room was same.
Some of the staffs don’t speak english but we have solved it with translate apps.

There is nothing to like about it
Dirty room, with insects on walls, the bedding didn’t appeal as fresh, leaking shower, the water was impossible to adjust to normal temperature, everything is old and just nasty, but the most unforgettable was the 24/7 sewerage smell from the bathroom........My husband and I ended up leaving the place earlier and moved to a decent hotel, we just couldn’t bare this rat hole and it’s sewerage smell any longer. It looks good on the website photos, but in reality not even close, stay away!!!

The location of the aparthotel is awesome! The room was okay, small, but exactly as described. The lady who did the cleaning was very welcoming.
It wasn't that easy to find the aparthotel, and the guy on the phone was rude, like I owed him something.
The apartments are on the 5th floor without an elevator, so definitely not accessible to people with limited mobility. And if you have a lot of luggage, you may not be happy dragging it to the 5th floor either.

The location is perfect step out the door and you're within walking distance of all mid-center activities and shops/restaurants, etc.
No elevator available and lots of stairs to climb.
The beds are not from a good quality, so a better matras would certainly recommended.
