Well, you noticed that I answered with a sad smiley to the question How Quiet Was Your Room? It was not, but that was entirely due to the frequent air alerts as a result of a very noisy and aggressive neighbouring country's constant drone and rocket attacks.

Exceptionally clean, everything looks new, helpful staff , convenient and calm location in the city centre
While checking out you are kindly asked not to leave the hotel until the staff checks if anything isn’t damaged, stolen or mini-bar used. Unpleasant feeling not to be trusted.

The staff are excellent - I stay in a lot of hotels around the world and the staff here are marvellous. Alina, Nikita, Sonya, and others whose names I don’t know, including the women who does the laundry. And Svitlana who has left now, all great staff

Disappointing
It's a clean hotel, from the Reikartz line of hotels, just named differently.
The rooms are smallish. "Savings" in hotel supplies are really not up to par, as for instance there are not separate vials of shampoo, soap bars, etc., just a spigot for a generic soap liquid. No conditioner at all. Quite disappointing.
The restaurant closed at 7pm, which seems pretty useless.
