I like this hotel so much that I always stay here when I'm in Kharkov. It's clean, good value, great breakfast, close to a beautiful mall and great gym, Sport Life, and I always find parking right out front. Honestly, I can't ask for anything more, especially in a front line city during a war. I love Ukraine, I love Kharkov and I love this hotel.

Great location, nice stuff and tasty breakfast
Horrible quality of cleaning. Dirty coffee cup, dirty coffee spoon, old used dirty bottle with the water on the table, stains on the table, hair in the glass plate, hair in the bed.
