the hotel is nice, I rented a premium room, it's beautiful, the design is nice and stuff is friendly
there's a big bathroom with a jacuzzi - but it doesn't work.
Also the hotel was very cold at night, I was there in February.

I travel to Kharkiv often and always stay at Mirax Sapphire Boutique. The hotel is professional, excellent staff and located at a 10-minutes walk from the city center. Although Kharkiv isn’t safe (but it is safer than for example Kramatorsk), the hotel offers a sense of safety. Highly recommend this hotel!
There is nothing to dislike about the hotel. You’ll take the room with the jacuzzi and will want to stay.

All on the ground floor in a solid building and small. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathtub. Breakfast brought to the room. Outlandish decor
Despite my room being huge there was no desk in it! Bit cold.

Stayed here many times during our volunteering work. Its my go to place when in Kharkiv. Very clean and well appointed rooms, super comfortable beds and great shower. Main attraction for me is all ground floor rooms, easy access, plenty of street parking right in front of the hotel and its small and hidden away in a quiet, leafy street. Some convenience stores in walking distance. Will always be first choice for me and others with me, when we are transiting through Kharkiv.

Kind of stylish hotel with spacey rooms
Hotel staff locks the guests inside the building during the curfew, despite the fact that all windows have bars and the locked doors are the only way out in case of emergency.
When I complained about this I was told "this is for our safety"
Very irresponsible attitude in a frequently bombarded city and should be addressed by authorities immediately.
Internet connection doesn't work well in the evenings when more guests is connected at the same time, also my room was really cold at check-in and it took the whole night to warm it up.

The room is clean, nice, and has an aesthetic design. The staff is helpful and nice. The location is quite close to the city center but quite simultaneously. Great service.
It is a bit cold in the bathroom. This might not be the case in the worm part of the year. Also, the lady at reception was new to the hotel so we spent around 10 minutes figuring out how to turn on the TV (we found out).
