The guy that runs the place is very helpful and it's good value if you just want a base, location is great as well being near the railway station and a tram station too.
Could do with a fitting to hold the shower head in the room I was in, but no real bother.

Horrible place. The bed was uncomfortable, and there were holes in walls and stains. The sink and shower in the bathroom were not secured to the fixture. The staff was sketchy. Booking.com says you can pay by credit card, but that isn't true. The hotel only accepts cash. The staff wanted me to pay him cash for one night and pay the staff the next day for the following balance, which I felt was weird and awkward. I did make sure I got a receipt.

Location good across from train station , large room with good bed , price was very reasonable
Very few eating places around , not best door entry into building with dull stairway up to room , basic amenities in room and spa bath not working
