Everything was perfectly fine. There’s a self check-in option and the contact with the personnel was very smooth. The hotel is perfectly located, the room was very clean and it had all I needed. I’d definitely stay there again!

The Apartments are in an excellent location close to the City Center. The Host was very polite and spoke good English. Everything went without a hitch and the Apartment turned out to be very cozy (see below). Overall I would have to say I would stay there again (especially if they made a few improvements I mention below).
I was a little disappointed in the size of the Apartment initially (it looked bigger in photos), but I was able to make do pretty well with the one they gave me. I could have selected a different one, but this one was adequate. Also the bathroom was a little below my standards, but not horrible. They need to clean a little of the fungus from the shower, and one of the doors in the shower came off of the track easily. To be fair I didn't complain and stuck with it. They probably would have looked at it if I asked. Also the sink trap had a bad odor, but pouring a little bleach cured that fast! The shower drained a little slow, too. Finally, the Apartments are non-smoking, but the Hall reeked from people smoking. I guess they can't control that since there is no onsite Landlord there.

Excellent location just on the main street of Kharkiv. Unfortunately street made this apartment bit noisy too. Metro is near and many city sights are within walking distance. Apartment kitchen was not well equipped, just water boiler and microwave oven, but I did not need any more. Price was considerably cheaper than most other options in this location, and this apartment was very good deal.
Room floor was not cleaned well and my socks quickly became dirty inside room.

Best location in the city, close to restaurants, bars, change, metro and parks.Renovated room, there is an elevator and the host is nice and helpful
No a/c remote, shower head was broken and making squeeking noises
