Large rooms
Having to pay to use the outdoor pool. That's the only reason I booked this hotel and to be charged an extra 600 a day to use the outdoor pool is an absolute joke. I also don't appreciate being told to stand by reception while they go and check my room as I'm checking out. I have never been treated with such disrespect at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Majority of the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. I will not stay again.
