Very close to the train station, as well as the red line (Line 1, Kholodnohirsko–Zavodska line) and tram lines 12 and 20 on one side, 3 and 6 on another. Amenities like fridge and cooking available, separate toilet and showers (very nice in the busy times). Hostel will lend towels and blankets. Staff is very nice! And if you are lucky, you may encounter their little friendly tabby cat (he may meow for pets). Also, the pretty cichlids!
It was very good! But if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs, as the walls are not the thickest, and the nearby metro/train can mean that you feel and hear rumblings if you are sensitive.

The staff were very professional and helpful, the place had air-conditioning, wifi, water fountains, kitchen appliances ect. Just steps away from the train station, metro, pharmacy, shopping and food. Rooms are spacious and there are lockers for free to use.
This didn't bother me much, but be aware they are working on remodeling/restoration inside the place. So there is work sounds and dust sometimes.

Upon booking we contacted the property asking for ground floor and window or balcony in room. We did not get w reply. No answer to our phone call. When we arrived we find out there are not a single room with window or balcony
