A pleasant hotel with attentive staff. The only issue is the soundproofing. Unfortunately, you can hear the neighbours.

The hotel is located just outside the centre of the city but near some very nice restaurants and parks. The staff were very friendly and professional. The bed was comfy, and the room was spacious enough.
Whilst the room itself seemed clean enough, there were marks on the bathroom floor and on the weighing scales that indicated the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Once the issue was reported to the receptionist, the cleaners came to clean the bathroom immediately.
The breakfast was basic, which would be fine if it were free, but as it cost $10, it was not good value.

The staff were lovely! The hotel was very warm, quiet and calm. The design of the hotel was gorgeous. The beds were incredibly comfortable - I can't emphasise this enough! The location was brilliant - it was central, with coffee shops and bars around, and it was close to parks and the metro.
There could have been more selection at breakfast but it is a minor issue. Overall, the experience was really great and I would highly recommend staying here.
