Super friendly host! everything is kept so clean and nice! Private washer machine in the bathroom. This apt is indeed at the very very center, right downstars Lviv Croissant and another coffee shop, next door they sell kebeb!

Location is just more perfect - city center with no more than 2 minutes away from a metro/bus station. All facilities in the property worked fine. Soundproof walls and doors +++. Good cleaned apartments which smells good. Silent and well-working air conditioner. Enough towels and even the bathrobe. Early check-in was not possible (I can not blame, you had a guest before me), but owner allowed to left my belongings and an actual check-in was right after "official" check-in time started, room was ready. Overall you will receive an accommodation as high as 4*+ hotel service level. Don't think, just book it. Surroundings and place itself is very good. Can not blame on the lift - it is old indeed but I don't see any way for you personally to replace it. Better to make it as a paid service and sell as an attraction)))
Small areas of improvements only: 1. I could only select between few foreign (Russian) satellite channels with TV. Not a huge issue, but I don't expect to listen to Antonov's songs in 2021. Please try to find a way to add at least basic national/international channels. 2. Shower curtain could be a little bit wider to cover all sides in the bathroom. 3. Please update your check-in instructions with a kind of a screenshot on how to find your property and photo of the entrance door - it will make check-in process more smooth. I almost "lost among three pines" trying to find a way from the street next to yours one.

Nice apartment, clean, comfortable, quite well equipped and well located. I could leave them my luggage during the afternoon after check-out. Clear directions to reach the apartment.
It would be perfect with two side lamps along the bed, and some oil available for cooking.

Beautiful and exceptionally clean apartment. It was cleaned by the maid almost daily and the linen and sheets were changed every 3 to 4 days. I am very satisfied with the place.
I wished the elevator was working.

Comfortable, clean apparrment. Right on the Charkiv main street, but still very quiet. Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The very good and inexpensive 'Lviv Croissants' cafe is litteraly next door. The pesonal is very friendly and always available when needed.
The only drawback is that elevator is not working and it is 5th floor. But on the oher hand this gives you possibility to touch the history litteraly with your feet walking those magnificent 100yrs old marble stairs.
