Disappointing
First of all - if you go there at night it is scary. I thought the taxi driver was going to take me the woods and rob me. As we got to the property the light are all off. I thought we arrived at an abandoned place. The front door is in the back side. This place is an old decrepit dump. It is not a romantic getaway. I suppose in spring or summer it might be charming but the facilities are old. There is one staff who does registration and prepares breakfast. Breakfast consists of two half slices of bread, cheese and a few cold cuts. This place does not warrant $100 per night. There are many other places cheaper and better.
There's a lot I didn't like. The could not do credit card and only took cash. They could not give me a receipt either.

Good simple breakfast - one plate. Great location; I'd use it as a place to sleep but avoid the other amenities. Staff are nice. Overall it feels like they have no competition so they take care of the place enough but don't go above and beyond.
The bicycles don't work and overall it's a good enough place but you won't be blown away.

I had one of my relative to phone to Booking.com office in Kiev, but they could not bother to return the call. I would you to read hotel manager’s answer e - mail to me. Here is the letter from manager: Dear Ufuk. First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel. Let me answer your complaints. 1. Pool - our pool is never dirty. It is not true. Professional filtration works in it, the water is constantly circulating and goes through the cleaning system, which is located under the pool. So it is impossible to catch an infection in our pool. 2. With regard to breakfasts. As you may have noticed, our hotel is inexpensive. The price of your rooms for 3 people is 54.5 euros per day. air-conditioned rooms with large bathroom, TV and free Wi-Fi. The room rate includes a continental breakfast - which is served to you every day. This breakfast includes a porridge or a sandwich with an egg of your choice, as a dessert - a curd casserole and one cup of coffee or tea. There is no buffet breakfast in our hotel. Extra coffee and extra breakfast must be paid for. These are the rules of our hotel. If your family doesn't have enough food for breakfast, you can buy an additional breakfast for only 3.5 euros. In my opinion, in Turkey, I wouldn't even drink a cup of coffee for that kind of money. Also for a hotel fee. you can have breakfast in the restaurant and choose what you like best. The goal of our hotel for very little money is to provide a guest with an excellent room with breakfast and additional services - a swimming pool in summer, a Turkish bath in winter. If your family prefers luxury hotels with a buffet - then sorry, but this is not for us. In Kharkiv, you can choose - for example, a 5 star hotel Golf Club or Kharkiv Palace. both hotels with pool and breakfast buffet - only for an additional fee. The cost of one room is from 110 euros without breakfast
Nothing much basicly. In this hotel; Poeple work with attitude. They can do anything to make you feel un-comfortable. I can give you few examples: You can only have one cup of tea or coffee free with your breakfast. Second tea or coffee, you must pay. If you ask for cereal, that is also extra, you pay again. Lady serves breakfast in a plate much smaller than side plate. Just like joke.

Very nice and beautiful hotel property.
The sauna and spa area were booked and unavailable. The bowling lanes were closed.
